Watch as Coach Jen DeJarld explains, and players demonstrate this multi-purpose progression drill that works on players' vision and helps them be intentional on the court. After serving, the server will choose any defensive zone forcing the receiving back row to see where they need to hit the attack. Servers will progress to a middle back start, shifting left or right, and the progression finishes with the attackers hitting opposite of the defensive player.
