Watch as Coach Jordana Price explains, and players demonstrate this flexible blocking progression which starts with slow reps and allows Coach to add layers and get creative. First, the focus is on spacing and footwork and then it moves to body position and form while closing the block. The next progression focuses on speed. Coach will time each rep and call out the times. Coach suggests using elastic bands or different types of balls to recreate what you are trying to get players to do in a game.
