Watch as Coach Matt Storniolo explains and demonstrates drilling front headlocks. Drilling front headlocks is important as some opponents have good head and hand defense, making it hard to get to their legs. Coach Storniolo presents two ways to put an opponent into a front headlock other than when they shoot. The first method is to apply pressure, then disappear it, and snap. The second method involves misdirection and faking to make the opponent get his hips back.
