Robert Grasso asks the question, "What can we do to create a championship culture?" Every team has a culture - are you working to develop the kind of culture you want? Robert states that if you aren't actively forming your own culture, it is happening on its own and it will probably not be what you want it to be. He defines culture as the way we do things, and he will cover what this means to the program.
