Watch as Coach Larry Wooten discusses intentional tee work. Many times, players want to do this as fast as they can. Coach Wooten wants to make tee work as close as possible to batting in a game. The batter will line up the front foot with the tee and focus on being relaxed. When the pitcher brings her hands together, the batter will ease down into her stance. She will track the imaginary ball to the tee, load, complete the swing, and follow through.
