Watch as Coach Leah Campbell explains and shows practice video of the In and Out Game. This is a hitting and defensive drill that is very competitive and that the players enjoy playing. The team is split into 2 groups (offense & defense) with 7 players in a group. The pitcher throws only inside pitches to the offensive team's batter. They get 6 to 9 outs to produce as many runs as possible. After the teams go through the left side, they transition to the right side for receiving outside pitches with the same focus on producing runs.
