Developing Team Culture with Jennifer Williams – Dartmouth College

May 26, 2020 • By Softball Coaches Insider

Watch as Coach explains how her team meets every week to discuss culture-emphasizing topics such as trust, vulnerability, hard work, competitiveness, grit, and how these all relate to their values as a team. Every day the team meets to discuss positives in which an individual player must declare what they are going to do in practice that day. What they declare must be doable, tangible and how they are going to accomplish this.
