Watch as Coach James Crowder explains, and goalies demonstrate this ball tracking drill. Coach will shoot on goal to the right or left of the goalie who will stop, recover, and track the ball to either side, getting ready for another shot. This drill works on shot stopping, cutting angles, and ball tracking. Make sure the goalie is in line with the ball, not the shooter.
