Watch as Coach explains, and players demonstrate this shooting and conditioning drill. The drill requires a shooter and a rebounder. The shooter must shoot until a there is shot made then switch to the next of 5 gaps. Make or miss the shooter must sprint to the previous gap and return for the next shot.
