Watch as Coach explains, and players demonstrate the KG Shooting Drill. The drill has three players involved: a shooter, a chaser, and a rebounder, with the chaser moving with the ball followed by the shooter. The shooter will retrieve the ball from the chaser making sure to flip the hips and square up to the basket for the shot.
