Watch as Coach Jennifer Brewer discusses, and players demonstrate these transition drills. The 1st drill is a timed (1-minute drill) called UConn that has the goal of making 12 baskets in 1 minute. The 2nd drill is a Circle Transition Drill which can be scored in numerous ways to make it a competition. The Texas Transition Drill starts with a free throw and comes back as 2 on 1, returns as a 3 on 2, then 4 on 3, and finishes with 5 on 4. Coach finishes with the Cycle Drill and all the possible variations.
