Training and Stimulating Tendons and Ligaments with Cristian Plascencia – The Durable Athlete

Watch as Cristian Plascencia explains and players demonstrate these five warm-up exercises that train and stimulate a player's tendons and ligaments. Cristian states that 85% of basketball injuries involve connective tissue injuries (tendons and ligaments). These exercises target the following: jumper's knee, Achilles tendon, hamstrings, and glute medius.
