Watch as Coach Matthew Sandoval explains and players demonstrate these three men, 2 & 3 ball warmup drills. The first drill starts with three lines of players with the outside lines being passers and dribblers. As they advance up the court, they want to be dribbling with the outside hands. The inside player will receive a pass and return it then pivot to the other side and repeat the process. The key is to get as many reps as possible and avoid traveling. Change up the drill by mixing up the types of passes. Coach will add an additional ball to make the drill more difficult.
