Watch as Coach Christina Camacho explains, and players demonstrate this series of pre-warm up drills. She wants her team to come to practice prepared to start and the following drills get everyone ready for a good practice. The drills follow as: Ball slaps -10 over the head a face, high low transfers, stationary pound dribbling, attacking off the chair both right and left, wall passing, 3 spot slow motion shooting, and chair shooting.
