Watch as Coach Saddi Washington explains, and players demonstrate the Ooo-Wee and Roll Hook Drill. In this drill the post player receives the pass and gets to the middle of the paint and fakes the defender to the opposite side before spinning back and finishing with a roll hook. The post player must keep two hands on the ball pulling it over the top and keeping it high and strong up top.
