Watch as Andrew Secor explains, and players demonstrate one-handed form shooting. The drill is called "One, Two, Through" and is focused on creating straight lines. The middle finger and index finger are running parallel to the rim and pushing the middle of the ball to create a straight line. This is a great drill for players who are missing left to right.
