Great Coaches Are Humble with Don Showalter – USA Basketball

Watch as Coach explains that there are two types of coaches, those that are humble and those that will be humbled. He feels that coaches who are not very humble have trouble communicating with their players. Their ego can get in the way when trying to coach skills and can hinder them from being the best coach they can be.
