Allowing My Coaches to Coach with David Peavy – Duncanville HS (TX)

February 15, 2022 • By Texas Association of Basketball Coaches

Watch as Coach explains how he takes a lot of pride in preparing his assistants to become head coaches. The most important factor is that he allows the coaches to coach which gives them a voice and builds relationships with individual players. If a player is not responding to the head coach, many times the assistant will be able to get the player back on track so that they can do their job as is expected.
