Watch as Coach Kady Glynn explains and demonstrates how she uses bands to help her goalies understand not "getting" ready to "get ready". The band should always be on the top hand as the goalie is working on their load. The goalie will be able to feel the tension with the band and work defending corner, shoulder, mid, and knee shots. After the goalie stops the shot, they want to drop the ball and reset. It is important that the shooter concentrates on placing the ball in the proper area.
