Watch as Coach Jack Dahm explains, and a hitter demonstrates this inside-outside tee drill. At the amateur level, 65 to 70 percent of all pitches will be on the outside of the plate. Coach wants his hitter to focus on the outside and work their way in. The hitter will start his load and the coach will call inside or outside and the batter must adjust.
