No look or one look. Watch as Coach explains that the less a pitcher looks at a base runner on 2nd, the easier it is to control him. They use pick plays, inside move plays and timing plays out of no looks to control the runner, but the real advantage is timing and rhythm for the pitcher as they come to set and pitch.
