Catcher’s 3-Ball and 2-Knee Blocking Drills with Derek Woodley – New York Yankees

Watch as Coach Derek Woodley explains, and catchers demonstrate these blocking drills. The 3-Ball Drill works on a catcher blocking in the direction the coach points to. It allows the coach to check technique and proper angles. The 2-Knee Drill works on glove to ground transition.
