Watch as Coach explains, and hitters demonstrate this 9-strike tee drill. There are 3 strikes on the outside of the plate at different heights, with the same in the middle and inside of the plate. The goal is to condition the hitter for all those different types of strikes. This a great partner drill with each hitter having 3 swings at each ball location.
