Watch as Coach Nicki Collen explains, and players demonstrate step-up screen actions. Post players will run with their head on the rim and on the 2nd hash, if they don't have a post up they will move up to set a step-up screen to the volleyball line. After the screen the post will turn and separate and receive a bounce pass for the shot. The guard wants to attack the screen shoulder to hip then gain a little separation to deliver a bounce pass to the post player.
