Watch as Coach Kyle Rechlicz explains and demonstrates this everyday shot build-up drill. The drill starts with a player in front of the basket shooting one handed for 20 to 30 seconds. The player will move back and shoot for 20 to 30 seconds but adding a guide hand. The player steps back again, adding a knee bend to their shots. Step back again this time adding jumping and then move back to work on adding shot footwork, stepping in ready to shoot. At the top of the key, the player works on one-dribble pull-ups then 3-pointers. The drill takes about 3 and half to 4 minutes per player.
