Watch as Coach Nicki Collen explains, and players demonstrate the Play to the Rise Drill. The goal is to create an overload to one side with an occupied corner. The guard and the post will execute a drag screen and the post will roll. The point guard must know where the help is coming from and read who is tagging the roller. If the corner defender tags the roller the corner player must hard rise to be in position to take the shot.
