The Dribble Hand-off is a guard-to-guard hand-off with the Big setting a ball screen, rolling, and the guard rising. The Step-up involves a guard setting a screen and flying off the flare. The Big sets a screen for the ball handler, then a pin down for the flaring guard. The Pitch and Catch is similar to the Dribble Hand-off.
