Watch as Coach Kyle Rechlicz explains, and a player demonstrates this chair shooting drill. This drill works on the mechanics of bringing the ball out in front when shooting. The focus is not to bring the ball in close to the body so as not to lose the shooting wrist. A player will place their foot on a chair and their elbow on their knee. The player will sit up and drive up with the shot.
