Dig or Die Team Drill with Chad Callihan – Furman Univ.

Watch as Coach Chad Callihan explains, and players demonstrate this 6v6 free ball drill that is great for cardio. Everyone gets the opportunity to receive and if there is no touch on the block or dig, your score goes back to zero. Coach uses this drill after a game that was lacking defensive pursuit or to promote energy at practice.
