Watch as Coach Renee Saunders explains, and players demonstrate breathing life into old drills. With 28 years of coaching experience, she has determined that it is not necessary to reinvent the wheel, but you can mix up existing drills to change the focus and keep players engaged. The drills are their standard ones, but she adds scoring, time, or music to achieve different results. The players are doing the Skyhawk Sequence Drill working for a number but will switch it out for time and scoring.
