Watch as Coach Karen Weekly explains and shows video of these practice throwing drills. The Knee Drill works on keeping the hand on top of the ball in a continuous fluid motion. Make sure the hand is on top and bring the arm straight back, focusing on mechanics. The Towel Drill also works on keeping the hand on top of the ball and whipping it at the last second.
