Watch as Coach Leah Campbell explains, and players demonstrate this 4-3-2-1 baserunning drill. The drill starts with 4 singles with the players running to 1st base. On the 1st and 4th single, the players will run through the bag. The 2nd single simulates a ball hit to right field and the 3rd single is a ball hit to left field. The drill progresses with 3 doubles and finishes with 2 triples.
