Watch as Coach Paul Rogers discusses how this is a good drill to finish up with when you are working on small spaces. He suggests using yellow cones as it is good for the goalkeepers to see where they are going. The player starts in the middle and scuffles to the yellow cone and must dive to the ball kicked to the middle.
