Losing the Faceoff: Clock Round Ball Drill with Steve Vaikness – Loyola Univ. Maryland

Watch as Coach explains that the Clock Round Ball Drill practices losing the faceoff to each exit around your opponent. In each example the defender works on chops, footwork, and backhand to get around the opponent. Study film of the faceoff opponent to determine where they usually win the faceoff and practice against that exit.
