Coach discusses a couple of methods that he has incorporated to help develop culture and leadership in his program starting with DISC Training (the four main personality profiles). They also have made changes in how captains function within the team as they focus managing smaller groups instead of the whole team. They now can help build relationships and a sense of identity of that group which becomes part of the team.
