Watch as Coach Charley Toomey explains, and players demonstrate this ground ball recovery drill. All the defensemen and attackmen line up on the end line. Coach will call out two numbers: 3-2. In this case, the 3 is the number of offensive players, and the 2 is the number of defensive players. Everyone starts inside the crease, coach rolls out the ball, and it's a 3 on 2.
