Watch as Coach Mike Horowitz explains the tracking drill that works on a goalie's hand/eye coordination. Many times, a goalie is looking at the shooter or their eyes but in this drill the focus is on looking at the shooter's stick head. This will improve the overall hand/eye coordination.
