Watch as Coach Mike Horowitz explains and shows practice clips of these footwork drills. The first drill is the Single Knee Down Drill with the ball being tossed to the knee that is down, isolating the drive foot. The Glove in Hand Drill works on getting the outside foot outside the ball.
