Watch as Coach Peter Dolan explains and demonstrates the 3-Layer Dead or Alive Faceoff Drill. There are two players in the drill, with one player being dead and the other being live. The first part involves mimicking the whistle and getting down for an easy clamp on the ball to win the faceoff right away. The second level deals with the pressure of another stick punching your stick. The final progression involves heavy pressure, mimicking being late to the whistle.
