Watch as Coach Kyle Turri explains, and a goalie demonstrates the Drop Squat Drill. The goalie will get in a straight up and down stance with their feet close together and on a cue, will dip to their normal stance and plant their feet into the ground. The drill will start out initially in a simple manner but will evolve with pump fakes and hesitations with an overall increase in difficulty. Make sure the goalies don't lean forward and thrust at the ball which will prevent them from moving to the outside.
