Watch as Coach explains and demonstrates this faceoff crossover dribbles drill. The objective of the drill is to work on developing and improving hand dexterity for catching the ball out of an exit. From a bent stance the athlete will bounce the ball, trying to get it in the pocket as quickly as possible. As they begin to acquire more skill, the ball will be lower to the ground. Coach recommends developing the right hand first then work on the left.
