Watch as Coach Justin Turri explains, and players demonstrate this 'behind the net dodge and bounce' shooting drill. The bounce should occur a yard or two below the goal line extended. Changing posture and speed is important and the bounce should be at a 45-degree angle from the goal. Keep your head up, preparing to pass or attack in the middle depending on the defender's position.
