Watch as Coach John Gorman explains this offensive and defensive "defend the cone" drill. The drill involves the defender getting out, breaking down, and working their stickwork and footwork. The offensive players must work to get back to the 1st cone and the defender works to prevent it. Start the drill without sticks just using the hands for a couple of reps before using their sticks.
