Watch as Coach Taylor Wray explains that when he started at Saint Joseph's he presented his five core values of maturity, hard work, selflessness, toughness, and loyalty to his players. He felt that five was too hard for his players to remember so eventually the core values evolved to SED: selflessness, engagement, and discipline as the three core values.
