Watch as Coach explains and shows practice video of the Carolina Drill which is a 10v10 scrimmage with assistant coaches serving as referees. The refs continually make bad calls, and the players can't argue and must keep playing as this is a "next play drill". This is a great mental toughness, cardio, and clearing drill.
