Watch as Coach PJ Fleck explains and shows weight room video of wide receivers doing a variety of hand strengthening drills. They like to use bricks or weights for hand strengthening, and a Nerf ball for catching and squeezing. 'Man Hands' involves using a Jug's machine from a standing and kneeling position. Other drills covered are slap drills, juggling, tennis ball drills, med balls, distraction, disruption, and jump ball drills.
