Watch as Coach explains, and backs demonstrate these RB cone drills. These are footwork and movement drills that utilize cones, chutes, and bags in different combinations. The backs must stay low and focus on holding the ball tight with the wrist above the elbow. Coach will highlight the 4 Corners Drill, Z Drill, Straight Line Drill, Lateral Cone Drill, and the Circle and Burst Drill.
