Watch as Coach Todd Dodge explains that during the season he wants his QBs to have 5 to 10 minutes of athletic footwork drills per practice. Bags, ladder and cone drills stress agility in the pocket with emphasis on keeping the left shoulder down the field and remaining a passer as long as possible.
