Watch as Coach explains that there are two types of mental development: academics and football. He will focus on the individual player's football IQ and share his plan for football development. In season, the players are assigned ten-minute homework sessions three times per week. They are then given 3 to 5 questions that are specifically tied to the game plan for offense, defense, and special teams. In spring ball and fall camp, the players are given a schematic quiz after each segmented install to determine if the coaches are being effective with their teaching.
