Watch as Coach Steve Loney explains, and players demonstrate these counter moves vs a defensive player's swim and spin moves. On the swim, it is important to get the hand into the armpit and lift to prevent the arm from clearing the shoulder. On a spin, keep the hands in the middle of the back and move your feet.
